Calling all potential CAF speakers!

The DND/CAF National Veterans’ Week Speakers Program (NVSWP) is gearing up for another successful year.

Are you a current serving member of the Canadian Armed Forces? If so, Veterans’ Week, which runs from November 5 to 11, offers you an opportunity to share your story with Canadians.

Right now, the NVWSP is looking for CAF members like yourself to volunteer to appear on-camera and deliver one or more of Veteran’s Week video scripts. These recordings will be assembled into dynamic video presentations that will be shared with learning institutions and community organizations across the country.

In the fall, we will be reaching out to you with information on other ways you can participate in this year’s program – so stay tuned!

Your participation is key to the program’s success. Help us put a face to service and remembrance!

If you are interested in participating in the CAF speaker video series, and would like to register for a virtual audition, please send us an email telling us about yourself before July 19, 2021 at DNDRemembrance.SouvenirMDN@forces.gc.ca.

More details will be provided in the coming weeks to inform potential CAF speakers about this year’s program. Watch for the CDS Tasking Order and CANFORGEN.
