New Fall Edition of the Defence Learning Catalogue Now Available

Check out the 2021 fall edition of the Defence Learning Catalogue (DLC)!
The DLC details a wide range of learning and professional development activities that are available to Department of National Defence (DND) employees and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members. It is a great resource to consult when creating 2021-2022 learning and development plans, or looking for resources to address a specific learning need.
Summary of changes to the 2021 fall edition
- Target audiences for Harassment and Violence Prevention for Employees (W101) and Harassment and Violence Prevention for Managers and Committees/Representatives (W102) have been updated:
o W101: Employees of DND and CAF members
o W102: Supervisors, Managers, Executives, Military Managers/Supervisors
- Updated Mandatory Training List (Chapter 1) – The following mandatory courses for civilian and military sub-delegated managers have been added to the list:
o Leading Diversity (X166
o Overcoming Unconscious Bias in the Workplace (W007)
o Overcoming Your Own Unconscious Biases (W006)
o Understanding Unconscious Bias (W005)

- Renewed Catalogue Content – Several courses have been updated including Orientation for Directors General (E550), Coaching for Effective Leadership (D101), Mental Health in the Workplace for Employees (302823) and Mental Health in the Workplace for Managers (301604).
