How to succeed by being your authentic self at work

Bringing your authentic self to the workplace can boost your career and contribute to a more positive, supportive and dynamic work environment. But learning and feeling comfortable to do so can be challenging. We can help.

The Professional Development Action Committee of the Public Service Pride Network is pleased to offer this upcoming bilingual mentorship discussion, comprising four sessions of 10 people each, to help you excel in your workplace while being your authentic self.

These small-group sessions, led by mentors who are experienced in working with members of the LGBTQ2+ communities, will foster a comfortable environment for honest and respectful conversations.

By attending, you will learn:

  1. to become more comfortable, confident and proud to be out to your colleagues, and
  2. how to feel empowered to share lessons from your own experiences.

Event Date & Time: Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 1 pm – 2:30 pm (EST) & February 4th from 1PM to 2:30PM EST. The four sessions will run simultaneously.
