Actionable Conversations^TM offer an innovative approach to workplace learning. They are for leaders that wish to develop or improve specific people management and leadership skills within their team such as communication, leadership, and collaboration. The exercise requires only 2 to 2.5 hours of commitment, including preparation time; perfect for a busy manager/supervisor!

As a manager/supervisor, Actionable Conversations^TM will help you to gain credibility and confidence with your team. You will engage in a discussion of business principles and lead an informal conversation to apply this principle to a real challenge your team is facing.
