EX minus 2 level public servants: New training opportunity for you!

The Canadian Forces College (CFC) is inviting two DND EX minus 2 level public servants nominated through their L1/Command, to participate in the Joint Command and Staff Programme (JCSP), full-time from August 22^nd, 2022 to June 23^rd, 2023.

The JCSP focuses on the conduct of military operations and operational planning, the study of leadership and command, and an understanding of the context of Defence through national and international studies. Through this course, participants are prepared for staff appointments in a contemporary environment across the continuum of operations in national and international settings.

This opportunity is offered to public servants who:

• Have talent management action plans;
• Are likely to move into leadership positions within the department;
• Have 10+ years of experience; and
• Have excellent knowledge of their respective department/field.
