Defence Team members are invited to participate in this awareness session to learn more about the various resources and services available to help support you, your family, and your team’s mental health and well-being.
While all Defence Team members are welcome to participate, this session pertains to services available to DND public service employees.
What you will learn:
- A brief review of a few key mental health concepts;
- An overview of the care and support services available to employees and their families; and
- Helpful learning opportunities to increase your awareness on common mental health and well-being topics;
