Defence Team Managers: A new network for your employees!

DND is launching a new network this spring, the Defence Team Young Professionals Network (DTYPN). The DTYPN is a program and community network that connects young professionals at DND and supports them with their professional development by providing tools and opportunities to advance in their careers.

Managers, we are asking for your support in encouraging your employees to join the network.

This network is not only beneficial for employees, but in return can benefit your team and the organization.  The DTYPN can help employees learn new skills and knowledge, leading to increased performance at work and job satisfaction. If your employees are feeling happier and more satisfied at work, this may improve employee retention as well. Help build our future workforce by encouraging your employees to join the DTYPN!

Our first event will be on May 4, 2022 from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm (EST)
