New Notice of Departure form for public service employees!

As of April 1, 2022, there is a new and more user-friendly Notice of Departure form (DND 1346), previously called the Notice of Resignation / Retirement form. This form can be found in the Defence Forms Catalogue (accessible only on the National Defence network) and can only be opened with an Adobe Acrobat Reader. There is a two month grace period for DND managers and employees to transition to the new form. As of June 1, 2022, only the new version of the DND 1346 will be accepted.
