This year, the main theme is Strengthening Canadian and North American Defences: Reshaping and reinvesting in deterrence to better defend against threats to Canada and North America in a time of resurgent strategic competition. This year’s symposium will provide a venue for discussions amongst current and future national and international senior leaders on important issues of the day related to national security, focusing on national/continental protection.
In addition to many subject matter experts, we are excited to welcome Dr. Hal Brands as the Keynote Speaker, a preeminent academic on great power strategic competition and other security issues. Their contributions as speakers and panelists will undoubtedly stimulate what are sure to be interesting discussions.
While in-person attendance is by invitation only, the conference will be available for participation virtually. If you are interested in participating virtually for some or all portions of this key event, you are encouraged to register online.
