DM/CDS Message: Welcome Natasha Kim, new Associate Deputy Minister

Yesterday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the appointment of Natasha Kim as the Associate Deputy Minister of National Defence, effective June 12.
Natasha, currently the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM), Strategic Policy Branch at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, has previously served as the Associate ADM, Strategic and Program Policy at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. She has also held various positions at the Privy Council Office, Public Safety Canada, Justice Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
We are confident that her wealth of knowledge, her expertise, and her varied background in key organizations across government will be welcome additions at Defence.
So please join us in welcoming Natasha and introducing her to the tremendous work we do each and every day in service to Canadians across the country and in support of our Allies and partners throughout the world.
