Apply to the Defence Team Young Professionals Network Steering Committee by August 31

The Defence Team Young Professionals Network (DTYPN) Steering Committee is looking for volunteers in the following roles:
- Military Co-Chairs
- Student Co-Chairs
- Civilian Co-Chairs
If you are a civilian employee, Canadian Armed Forces member or a student under 35 you are welcome to apply by August 31, 2023.
To apply, provide the following information to YoungProfessionalsNetwork-Reseaudejeunesprofessionnels@forces.gc.ca:
- Your resume
- A short proposal (no more than two pages) indicating:
- the position being applied for
- any relevant experience that the candidate will bring to the role
- a brief description of the skills and competencies the candidate would like to develop through the network
- a brief description of the candidate’s vision for the Network as well as their top priorities (how would you like to see it grow, transform, evolve, etc.).
- a summary of an event/initiative that the candidate would like to champion and include why they feel that the initiative is important/relevant
- A letter of support from your manager confirming your availability for at least 1 year and confirmation that their roles and responsibilities to be integrated into their public service performance management agreement.
