The Operation UNIFIED RECRUITER Aide Memoire is now available on the Canadian Armed Forces mobile app!
With only 190 recruiters available to fill 6,798 positions this fiscal year, the Aide Memoire has been designed to inform and empower CAF members to boost our recruiting capacity.

Our challenge to you:
Learn three things about the recruiting application process and talk to three people about what the CAF has to offer.
CAF members are our best ambassadors. Having open and honest conversations can demystify the organization and help answer questions from potential recruits. As an important point of contact for potential applicants, CAF personnel are now resourced and encouraged to enhance their own experiences by promoting the hundreds of available occupations. In fact, research shows that applicants who know someone in uniform are more likely to be attracted to the CAF, and successfully navigate the recruitment and enrolment process.
Operation UNIFIED RECRUITER is a Canadian Forces Recruiting Group (CFRG)-led initiative to educate and resource all CAF members to assist in recruiting efforts.
As our Defence Team embraces and supports Operation UNIFIED RECRUITER, you can be confident that application delays are being reduced by digitizing and redesigning recruitment processes, practices, and policies. The CAF is working diligently to improve efficiency and expediency in processing applications.
The digital Aide Memoire can now be found on the homepage of the CAF app; or recruiting-aide-memoire (forces.ca)
