Don’t miss out on your opportunity to have a say! | 2023 Staffing and Non-Partisanship Survey
October 31, 2023 - Defence Stories
Department of National Defence employees and Canadian Armed Forces members who have direct civilian reports are invited to complete the 2023 Staffing and Non-Partisanship Survey.
The survey is sent to all employees of departments and agencies under the Public Service Employment Act, as well as members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Canadian Armed Forces who have civilian direct reports employed under the act. It runs from September 20 until November 17, 2023, and takes about 20 minutes to complete. Be assured your responses are confidential.
This year, Advanis, a Canadian market and social research firm, is administering the survey on behalf of the Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC). It will be sent from Advanis’s external email address, so please keep an eye out for it. We urge you to complete it, as a high response rate will help ensure your thoughts are captured and used to identify areas that need attention.
Your email from Advanis will contain a personal and confidential link to the survey. If you are unable to locate it after the survey launch date, please contact us at cfp.sdip-snps.psc@cfp-psc.gc.ca.
What you say can make a difference!
Completing the survey gives you the opportunity to let us know what you think about the staffing system and how familiar you are with your legal rights and responsibilities related to political activities. The results will also help shape the PSC’s work and give human resource professionals and hiring managers across the federal public service important insights into how they’re doing.
You are encouraged to view the highlights from the 2021 survey results.
Thank you for helping the federal public service improve staffing and safeguard non-partisanship.
