For those who are affected, services for Brookfield Global Relocation Services (BGRS) continue to be offline. The BGRS IT team is working to resolve the issue but a firm timeline for when services will be restored has not yet been identified.
BRGS has established a temporary process to provide support to Defence Team members who are in the process of relocating. Anyone in need of assistance may contact BGRS at 1-844-447-5520.
For Defence Team members experiencing urgent assistance, please contact your local relocation coordinator (accessible only on the National Defence network).
Information will be provided to Defence Team members as updates are made available. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this matter.
