Are you a member of the Defence Team, an Executive, Leadership or Organisational Coach either in current practice or in training? Are you interested in sharing lessons learned and best practices in a collaborative space with other coaches currently working within the Defence Team?
The Chief Professional Conduct and Culture’s (CPCC) Defence Team Coaching Program (DTCP) invites you to join the Department of National Defence (DND) Coaching Coalition Inaugural Event!
In our ongoing commitment to professional growth and development, we have established this exciting initiative to bring together a community of passionate individuals dedicated to enhancing their coaching skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As we embark on this inspiring journey, we invite all members of the Defence Team who share a passion for coaching and guiding others, to join us in this collaborative space to help shape the future of our organization. The Coaching Coalition will serve as a platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation. Whether you're an experienced coach or someone eager to explore the world of coaching, your unique perspective and insights are valued contributions to our collective growth.
We’ll be hosting our first Coaching Coalition Event on November 1st (English) and November 2nd (French) from 1PM to 4PM (EST) via MS Teams, where we will share more details about our goals, objectives, and the exciting learning opportunities this coalition will offer. Please join us, as we’ll be interviewing Sophie Martel, Executive Coach and DND’s own Associate Chief Information Officer (ACIO) as our first special guest!
