The Your Say Matters: Defence Team Well-Being Survey is your chance to share your opinions, experiences, and concerns about the workplace with senior leaders. Your participation is valued, voluntary and strictly confidential. Results from the survey will inform the programs, policies and initiatives that affect you at work.
Who can participate?
The survey was emailed to randomly selected Defence Team members, including members of the Regular Force, the Primary Reserve, and the Public Service. If you have received a survey link, you are encouraged to complete the survey today.
Your information is confidential.
Information collected from the survey will be kept strictly confidential. No information that could possibly identify any participants will be requested or stored with the dataset. Also, you may choose not to answer any question that you are not comfortable with or that you feel might compromise your identity.
Why complete the survey?
The well-being of the Defence Team is of the highest priority to the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces. The more members who participate and answer honestly, the more informed senior leadership will be about what’s affecting you and your colleagues in the workplace. Topics in the survey include:

Survey results will be used to support the well-being of Defence Team members and develop retention initiatives.
What if I choose not to participate?
Participation is completely voluntary and there are no negative consequences because of survey participation, partial participation, or withdrawal.
