If you have an interest in internal communications or are looking to enhance your skills and knowledge in this area, join us for the first DND/CAF Internal Communications Community Learning and Networking Day on November 27. This event offers a valuable opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside colleagues and experts in the field.

The invitation is open to Defence Team members working in internal communications, as well as anyone interested in learning more, to engage with experts, and connect with colleagues.

The event will feature a keynote address by ADM(Public Affairs) Geneviève Binet, along with presentations on key topics such as graphic design, web and social media accessibility, internal communications tools, and the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. Attendees will also participate in hands-on exercises designed to enhance their communications skills and competencies.

Effective internal communications are crucial for a collaborative work environment; they ensure that all team members are aligned with the organization’s goals and contribute to team morale and well-being. Everyone can support and encourage strong internal communications, ultimately enhancing productivity and achieving success.
