Nominations are now open for the Public Service Pride Awards

The Government of Canada 2025 Public Service Pride Awards are now accepting nominations! Both Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members and Department of National Defence (DND) employees are eligible to submit nominations and/or receive an award.
These awards recognize leadership in 2SLGBTQIA+ diversity, inclusion, and pride in the federal public service. Nominate a colleague, network, team, initiative or an organization for one of the following categories:
- Agent of Change Award
- Pride Network of the Year Award
- Workplace Pride Initiative of the Year Award
- Career Impact Award
- Department/Agency Award for Excellence in Pride Leadership
Submit a nomination
Before submitting a nomination, ensure you review the nomination guide (accessible only on the National Defence network) and the digital toolkit (accessible only on the National Defence network). Then, complete a nomination form (accessible only on the National Defence network) and seek endorsement from an EX-02 level or above. Once your nomination is endorsed, submit your nomination by email to awards-recompenses@forces.gc.ca by April 16, 2025.
DND’s Corporate Awards and Recognition Secretariat requires nominations before the government-wide deadline (April 18) to compile and submit nominations on behalf of the Department.
