Register now for the upcoming webinar: “Introduction to neurodiversity”

March 10, 2025 – Defence Stories

Estimated read time - 1:00

People experience and interact with the world differently. There is no single "right way” to think, learn or behave. Neurodiversity is the concept that there are differences in the way people's brains work. These brain function variations contribute to the richness of society and workplaces. It is estimated that 15 to 20 percent of the population experiences some form of neurodivergence.

Creating an inclusive environment that embraces neurodiversity can reduce stress, support mental health, and foster a sense of belonging. This webinar will explore neurodiversity through a mental health lens, offering strategies to build a more supportive workplace.
