Each year, the Prix d’Excellence has been awarded to Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) employees to celebrate their outstanding achievements and recognize their hard work, dedication, and impact. It is a celebration of the passion, commitment, and excellence that drives our community.

This year, on October 29, the CCG proudly recognized 29 individuals for their exemplary contributions to the organization in a national hybrid ceremony. The event was co-hosted by David Musseau, Director General, Operational Personnel and Judith Mailhot, Manager, Outreach and Recruitment. We were especially honoured to welcome Department of National Defence Deputy Minister Stefanie Beck and our Commissioner Mario Pelletier, who presented these prestigious awards.

The ceremony also marked two special milestones: Deputy Minister Beck’s first visit to our CCG headquarters and the presentation of an Exemplary Service Medal Second Bar to the Commissioner, in recognition of his 40 years of service.

Congratulations and Bravo Zulu to all of the recipients.
