Regulatory Affairs dashboard and QR&O information sessions now available

The Regulatory Affairs team is pleased to share a new Power BI dashboard on the Regulatory Affair’s SharePoint site that provides a department-wide view of regulatory initiatives. The Regulatory Affairs team supports organizations across DND by providing guidance throughout the regulatory development process and by coordinating regulatory approvals. If your team works on regulations, the dashboard offers a convenient way to track regulatory files and better understand work underway across DND. It includes an overview of all regulatory files completed during the July 2025 to June 2026 planning period, giving users greater visibility into ongoing and planned regulatory work. The 2026 to 2027 cycle will be available soon.
The Regulatory Affairs team is also launching a new series of information sessions on the Queen’s Regulations and Orders (QR&Os) and the regulatory proposal process. These sessions are designed to provide participants with a practical understanding of the role and structure of QR&Os, as well as the regulatory proposal process, helping bridge the gap between policy development and its direct legal and operational impact on the Canadian Armed Forces.
