Response and Support Coordination (RSC) Program is now the Case Coordination Program

The Defence Community Support and Resource Centre (DCSRC) is pleased to announce that the Response and Support Coordination (RSC) Program has been renamed the Case Coordination Program. This change reflects the team’s important role in providing coordinated, client-centred support to Defence community members affected by sexual misconduct and/or racism.

While the name has changed, the services and support available remain the same. Members of the Defence community who have been affected by sexual misconduct and/or racism can continue to access confidential, compassionate, and person-centred support.

The Case Coordination Team helps people understand their options and connect to supports that meet their needs. All support is personalized and based on each person’s needs, situation, and goals. A dedicated case coordinator can assist with:
