News Release
September 16, 2016 – Petawawa, Ontario – National Defence / Canadian Armed Forces
Exercise COLLABORATIVE SPIRIT 2016, which takes place at 4th Canadian Division Support Base Petawawa from September 20 to 23, will provide an enhanced understanding of the Canadian Army and its capabilities to stakeholders and civilian leaders.
Held annually, Exercise COLLABORATIVE SPIRIT is intended to provide senior members of the civil service and leaders from Canada’s business community with a deeper understanding of the vast skillset of Canadian soldiers, and how these skills provide the Army with a range of capabilities both at home and abroad.
Participants will witness the Canadian Army’s highly-skilled workforce at its best. In addition to tours of 2 Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group and 4th Canadian Division Support Base Petawawa, participants will also have the opportunity to directly engage with soldiers and get a “boots-on-the-ground” experience.
