Military Judge to deliver sentence for ex-sailor found guilty of breach of trust and sexual assault at court martial

Media are invited to attend the court martial proceeding on Thursday, May 25, as Military Judge Colonel Mario Dutil delivers his sentence in the case of Ex-Petty Officer, 2nd Class (Ex-PO2) James Wilks. The General Court Martial is taking place at HMCS Prevost in London, Ont.

Who: Ex-Petty Officer, 2nd Class James Wilks.

When: 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 25, 2017.

What: Sentence will be delivered in the case of Ex-PO2 James Wilks. In February of this year, Ex-PO2 was found guilty of three counts of breach of trust and one count of sexual assault by a General Court Martial in Gatineau, Que.
