Brigadier General Shane Brennan to Announce the Team that will be Representing Canada at the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto

Media are invited to join Brigadier General Shane Brennan, Head of Mission for Team Canada, and Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs Canada, General (retired) Walt Natynczyk, in Kingston, Ontario, for the official team announcement.

The team is in Kingston for the second and final training camp leading up to the Games in September.

Media are required to arrive no later than 8:45 a.m. and must present media identification.

There will be a brief media availability after the announcement with Brigadier General Shane Brennan and the Deputy Minister. Members of the team will also be available for short interviews. The scrum will be followed by an opportunity for media to take photos of the entire team and b-roll of athletes training at the Kingston Military Community Sports Centre.
