Corporal Garrett Rollman Found Not Guilty Following Court Martial

On August 3, 2017, Corporal Garrett Rollman was found not guilty at a standing court martial in Kentville, Nova Scotia. Military Judge Commander Sandra Sukstorf found Corporal Rollman not guilty of three charges related to offences that allegedly took place during February 2016 in Aldershot, Nova Scotia.

  • Corporal Rollman faced three charges – one charge of striking a superior officer under Section 84 of the National Defence Act (NDA) and two charges of conduct to the prejudice of good order and discipline under Section 129 of the NDA.
