The Challenge of Diversity and Inclusion in the Armed Forces and Police Forces

Media representatives are invited to a conference entitled L’enjeu de la diversité et de l’inclusion au sein des forces armées et des corps policiers (The Challenge of Diversity and Inclusion in the Armed Forces and Police Forces) to be held Friday, November 17, at Royal Military College Saint-Jean (RMC Saint-Jean).
RMC Saint-Jean and the International Centre for the Study of the Profession of Arms (ICSPA) are organizing this event, which aims to build bridges between research and practice in order to better understand the issues of diversity and inclusion, and how they contribute to the success of operations.
Rear-Admiral Luc Cassivi, Commander of the Canadian Defence Academy, will deliver remarks at the opening of the conference.
