  1. IT IS MY PRIVILEGE TO ANNOUNCE THE FOLLOWING GENERAL OFFICER AND FLAG OFFICER PROMOTIONS, APPOINTMENTS AND RETIREMENTS THAT HAVE RECENTLY OCCURRED AND THOSE THAT WILL OCCUR IN 2019.
