Minister Duclos to announce infrastructure upgrades at Garrison Valcartier

On behalf of Anita Anand, Minister of National Defence, Minister of Health, Jean-Yves Duclos, will highlight the recent award of an energy performance contract aimed at modernizing facilities at Garrison Valcartier. The announcement will be held at the Johnson Controls Québec office and media are invited to attend.
