Update on the modernization efforts at Inuvik Airport 

January 18, 2023 – Inuvik, Northwest Territories – Department of National Defence / Canadian Armed Forces

On Thursday, January 19, Michael McLeod, Member of Parliament for Northwest Territories, on behalf of the Honourable Anita Anand, Minister of National Defence, will provide an update on the Department of National Defence’s investment in the Inuvik runway extension project. He will be joined by Diane Archie, Deputy Premier, Minister of Infrastructure, and Minister Responsible for the Northwest Territories Power Corporation.

MP McLeod will deliver remarks and then take questions from journalists present at the event.
