Flight Safety Investigation Report for CH-149 Cormorant helicopter accident at 9 Wing Gander, N.L.

The Department of National Defence’s Airworthiness Investigative Authority has issued the final report in relation to an accident involving a CH-149 Cormorant at 9 Wing Gander, N.L. on March 10, 2022, during a training mission.

This document presents the findings pertaining to the cause of the accident, as well as recommendations and measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
