Departure of Team Canada for Invictus Games Düsseldorf 2023

Media are invited to a departure event for Team Canada, as they head to Germany to represent Canada at this year’s Invictus Games Düsseldorf 2023.

Team Canada’s 31-person contingent includes 12 Canadian Armed Forces members and 19 Veterans who acquired an illness or a physical or mental health injury while serving Canada. They will join more than 500 competitors from 21 other countries, competing in 10 adaptive sports at the Invictus Games Düsseldorf 2023, which will take place September 9-16, 2023.
