Minister Blair to welcome Ukrainian Defence Minister Rustem Umerov to Canada

The Honourable Bill Blair, Minister of National Defence, will host Ukraine’s Minister of Defence, Rustem Umerov, for a bilateral meeting in Ottawa.

Media are invited to attend the 15-minute Honour Guard ceremony, followed by shared greetings and photo opportunity, prior to the start of the bilateral meeting.
