One year ago, on December 13, 2022, the former Minister of National Defence presented a Report to Parliament outlining the steps that the Government of Canada would take in response to all 48 recommendations made by former Supreme Court Justice Louise Arbour in her Independent External Comprehensive Review of the Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces.

On the one-year anniversary of the former Minister’s Report to Parliament, the Honourable Bill Blair, Minister of National Defence, will hold a media availability with reporters, to provide an update on our work to implement these 48 recommendations and establish meaningful culture change in the Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces.
