Minister Blair to deliver keynote remarks in Ottawa on Our North, Strong and Free

The Honourable Bill Blair, Minister of National Defence, will deliver a keynote speech in Ottawa at the Canadian Global Affairs Institute conference on NORAD Modernization.

Minister Blair will discuss investments in continental defence in Our North, Strong and Free: A Renewed Vision for Canada’s Defence, and Canada’s NORAD Modernization Plan.
