Minister Blair to hold media availability regarding External Monitor report

The Honourable Bill Blair, Minister of National Defence, will hold a media availability with reporters.

He will discuss the release of the fourth biannual status report of the External Monitor. Madame Jocelyne Therrien was appointed to track progress on culture change in the Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces. Her mandate focuses on the implementation of recommendations made by former Supreme Court Justice Louise Arbour in her Independent External Comprehensive Review (IECR) of the Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces.
