Minister McGuinty to travel to Brussels, Belgium to participate in the Ukraine Defense Contact Group and NATO Defence Ministers’ Meetings

The Honourable David McGuinty, Minister of National Defence, will travel to Brussels, Belgium from June 4 to 5, 2025, to meet with Allies and partners.

On June 4, Minister McGuinty will begin his day with a wreath laying at the Commonwealth War Graves Brussels Town Cemetery. Later that day he will participate in the 28^th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, hosted by Germany and the United Kingdom at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. On June 5, Minister McGuinty will participate in a meeting of NATO Defence Ministers at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

On June 5, Minister McGuinty will hold a scrum/doorstep at NATO Headquarters.
