Vancouver Principles Contribution Program

The Vancouver Principles on Peacekeeping and the Prevention of the Recruitment and Use of Child Soldiers were launched in November 2017.

The Vancouver Principles Contribution Program will provide contributions to academia and non-governmental organizations, including child protection advocacy organizations, to undertake research, develop lessons learned and identify best practices regarding the prevention of the recruitment and use of child soldiers in peacekeeping areas of operation.

 

Type of transfer payment: Contribution

General targeted recipient group: Canadian universities and accredited post-secondary institutions, Canadian not-for-profit organizations and associations, Canadian non-governmental organizations, and Canadian branches of international organizations
