1. Following the previous announcement at ref, changes to command teams were required due to unforeseen circumstances. BGen J.R. Speiser-Blanchet, Comd CJCR, is pleased to announce the following Commanding Officer (CO), Deputy Commanding Officer (DCO) and Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) appointments for Cadet Training Centres (CTC) for 2022:
