1. In order to deliver a more accessible, agile, and affordable Cadet Program, the Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Group (CJCR Gp) has adapted the Sea Cadet program to a more dynamic delivery model as outlined in references A and B. As a result, references C, D, E, and F are cancelled effective immediately.
2. Efforts have been undertaken to align corps administration and training, as well as Area Directed Activities, with input from stakeholders such as sea cadets and corps staff members in the development of the updated delivery model. The relevant direction and guidance for this delivery model can be found at references A, B and G.
3. Activities outside of the local corps program, such as seamanship activities in reference B, will be planned annually and released by CJCR Gp to the Regional Cadet Support Units (RCSU) in the Operation Plan.
