Update to the Cadet365 User Agreement

1. The Cadet365 User Agreement is reviewed on an annual basis to account for new requirements and technologies and to provide updates to CJCR Gp employees, cadets, volunteers, and guests regarding their responsibilities when accessing digital resources linked to the Cadet365 system.
2. The Cadet365 User Agreement, now called the Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Group (CJCR Gp) Information Management (IM)/Information Technology (IT) Systems General User Agreement, or simply the General User Agreement, has been updated to account for terms and conditions related to accessing not only the Microsoft365 (Cadet365) system, but also additional programs, resources and networks that use the Cadet365 identity and login credentials for access. These include, but are not limited to, CJCR Gp provided networks, Wi-Fi systems, applications and devices.
3. The General User Agreement will be provided through the Cadet365 system starting on October 31, 2025. Users will be automatically prompted to accept the General User Agreement, and it will remain accessible to them within their Microsoft365 profile at https://myaccount.microsoft.com. (You are now leaving the Government of Canada website)
