The Arctic All-Domain Planning Conference 2025 – Registration

The Arctic All-Domain Planning Conference 2025 (AAPC 2025) is an opportunity for key stakeholders to plan and discuss future operations in northern Canada and the arctic. Attendance at AAPC 2025 is by invitation only due to limited seat availability. Organizations invited to the AAPC are requested to limit their participation to two representatives, unless coordinated otherwise with AAPC 2025 planners. AAPC 2025 is a planning event and requested seniority of participants is Major (OF-3) to Lieutenant-colonel (OF-4), or civilian equivalent. Please register for AAPC 2025 by:

1. Submit email to cjocj5@forces.gc.ca with the below details. If multiple representatives are attending from the same organization, the senior representative is requested to add all organization participants to email for a single submission.
   1. In the registration email please include:
      1. Country;  
      2. Organization;
      3. Unit;
      4. Position;
      5. Rank;
      6. Surname;
      7. Given name; and
      8. Contact email.  
2. Upon receipt, representatives will receive email confirmation of successful registration.
