Non-repayable contribution of $500,000 out of a total investment of $1,069,709

The goal of the project is to upgrade and expand the Pierre-Valcourt community centre. The expansion work will include the addition of a community hall, a kitchen and storage areas; existing spaces will be refitted to increase their capacity, and a dressing room, a washroom for persons with reduced mobility and a serving kitchen will be added.

Non-repayable contribution of $254,048 out of a total investment of $635,120

The project involves renovating the municipality’s community centre. In concrete terms, this includes adding an automatic door, installing a new ventilation and air-conditioning system, replacing doors and windows, adding two new emergency exists, replacing the cladding, building a new awning, repairing the parking area and adding an electric charging station, and doing landscaping work. As a result of this work, the community centre will be more functional and energy efficient and will promote the electrification of transportation.

The project aims to improve some of the facilities in the Forêt Ouareau regional park, a tourist attraction in the Lanaudière region. The work will include adding a bathing pool and renovating the 14 existing wooden walkways.

The project will provide the municipality with a modern, multi-generational sports field that will benefit the entire community. Work will include renovating and upgrading various park infrastructure components, notably the outdoor fitness modules, the ball diamond, the mini basketball court, the multi-sport playing field, the skate park, trails, the recreational chalet, the parking area, signage and the lighting system.

The project includes replacing the lighting at the Alcide-Marcil community centre with LED‑technology bulbs. The work will result in energy gains and lower maintenance costs for the municipality.

The project involves renovating the Roch-Lasalle arena to make it more attractive and more accessible by all citizens. The work will include replacing the concrete slab, the covering and the boards, and installing a solar snow melting system.

The project involves renovating the municipality’s community hall. Planned work includes replacing doors and windows and the ventilation, heating and electrical systems; changing the flooring and suspended ceilings; renovating the kitchen; installing a sprinkler system; and doing interior and exterior painting. In addition, the front porches and the roof will be repaired, the gutters will be replaced, and an access ramp for persons with reduced mobility will be installed. The work will make the community centre safer and better adapted to various community activities.

The project aims to improve the municipality’s community centre in order to offer better community services to the public. The project involves renovating the second floor of the building to turn it into community halls and a multi-purpose room where visual arts’ exhibitions can be held. The planned work includes demolishing the existing walls and partitions, installing new partitions, redoing the walls and ceilings, replacing the flooring, doing finishing work and painting, and repairing three sets of stairs. Work will also be done on the electrical, plumbing and heating systems.

The project involves renovating the arena in the St-Lin–Laurentides sports complex. Specifically, the work will include replacing doors, windows and flooring, redoing the roof, building a new awning, replacing the bay windows, lighting and heating system, and upgrading the dressing rooms. Some of the work, notably the installation of a LED lighting system and a new heat recovery system, will result in energy gains.

Non-repayable contribution of $150,000 out of a total investment of $300,000

The project will showcase waterfront development and facilitate access to the Ouareau River in the Le-pied-du-courant park. Work will include building a fenced walkway and a lookout, improving the path leading down to the river, adding site lighting and building washroom facilities. The Le-Pied-du-courant park will thus be more attractive, safer and accessible to the public, and will attract more tourists.

The project involves renovating the municipality’s community centre. The work will include changing the windows, the heating unit, the lighting and the ceiling panels, and repairing a crack in the wall. Some of the work, specifically the purchase of Energy Star windows and the installation of LED lighting and a new heating system, will result in energy gains.

The goal of the project is to upgrade the arena and renovate the community hall. Specifically, the project will involve various work, including replacing the evaporator, condensers and compressors in the arena’s refrigeration system, replacing doors, adding washrooms and a loge box, and changing the flooring in the community hall. The work will make the sports centre and the community hall more functional for the citizens who use them.

The goal of the project is to make the Chalet des Loisirs community centre even safer and more comfortable for users. Some of the work, such as the purchase of energy-efficient windows and a ventilation and air-conditioning system, will result in energy gains.

The project aims to upgrade a softball field by rebuilding the backstop, replacing the fence that protects the stands and installing barriers with swing doors to make it easier to access the diamond. These improvements will make the field safer for spectators and players.
