Invitation to media – The Honourable Mélanie Joly to announce Government of Canada support for fashion and clothing industry

Montréal, Quebec, July 8, 2021 – Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)

The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages and Minister responsible for CED, accompanied by the Honourable Pablo Rodriguez, Quebec Lieutenant, Member of Parliament for Honoré–Mercier and Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, will announce Government of Canada financial assistance for research and innovation centre Vestechpro, CTT Group and metropolitan fashion Cluster mmode to stimulate innovation in the textile sector.
