The following information is in addition to the news release issued on May 20, 2022, on CED’s financial assistance under the Canada Community Revitalization Fund (CCRF) and the recipient businesses/organizations and their respective projects.

La Pépinière Espaces Collectifs

The project involves building and expanding a public space and community greenhouse to revitalize the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighbourhood, reinventing outdoor spaces and supporting green projects.

Marché public de Rivière-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles

The project involves building portable modular kiosks for the outdoor farmer’s market in the Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles borough of Montréal to support the development of this community.

The project will transform the top two levels of the Ethel parking garage in Verdun into an open, available and accessible public space for the community, dedicated to urban agriculture, greening and art and culture, and with a spectacular view of Montréal. The project will breathe new life into the site by upgrading the outdoor spaces, supporting green projects and improving accessibility to a public space for people with disabilities.
