To implement a pilot project to support Mauricie and Rive‑Sud businesses that want to measure the environmental impacts of their operations and adopt ecofriendly practices.

CED’s assistance will focus on the salaries and benefits of two employees, professional fees for participating businesses developing ecofriendly approaches, as well as training fees, licensing, and project promotion costs.

Groupe PRO‑B inc.

To acquire and install a digital robotic cutting system aimed at increasing production at the business, which specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing industrial piping. Thanks to this new system, which includes a dust collector and an environmental management software program, Groupe PRO-B will be able to reduce its emissions of environmental pollutants and the amount of waste and residue it produces.

 

CED’s assistance will focus on the acquisition and installation of the laser cutting system.
