The aim of the project was to implement a new immersive multimedia nature path inspired by the myths and symbols of Huron-Wendat culture.

The main activities included designing and producing an immersive multimedia path; acquiring multimedia equipment; and setting up the site. 

The CED covers external professional fees associated with the design of the path.

Mont-Sainte-Anne Convention Centre

Beaupré

The project aims to develop and enhance Côte-de-Beaupré as a convention and resort destination by modernizing the Mont‑Sainte-Anne Convention Centre.

The main activities include expanding, reconfiguring and modernizing indoor infrastructure and building an outdoor terrace. 

CED’s funding targets modernization and fit-up work inside the building.

Incubateur de musique francophone (I.M.F.)

Québec

The goal of the project is to upgrade infrastructure at the Agora of the Port of Québec so that the venue can be open year-round and host high-calibre artists; and to reduce rental costs.

The main activities include acquiring the stage equipment required to host artists, and implementing an online ticketing system.

The CED funding covers all the project costs.

Baie St-Paul

The project aims to enhance the Charlevoix destination and the region’s tourism route by developing high-end glamping-style tourist accommodations that provide a unique experience in a natural environment. 

The main activities include developing the site and building three ready‑to‑camp accommodation units in the forest equipped with a water recovery system, solar panels and an energy management home automation system. 

CED’s aid covers the construction and development the three experiential housing units.

Saint-Laurent-de-l’Île-d’Orléans

The project aims to re-fit a small building independent of the hostel by adding a multi-purpose room that can hold up to thirty people. 

This room will be used to for various activities, such as workshops and cooking classes, and for artist residencies.

The main activities include renovating the building adjoining the hostel to include a multi-purpose room.

The CED funding covers all the project costs.

The project aims to develop different types of accommodations that incorporate stargazing.

The main activities include building six tiny cottages and a washroom facility; setting up 11 spaces for recreational vehicles; and purchasing various equipment and furnishings.

CED’s aid covers the development of the site and the recreational vehicle spaces, and the construction of the tiny cottages.

The project aims to modernize and improve tourist accommodations at Domaine du Lac Brouillard.

The main activities include building a new log lodge that can house up to 40 people; renovating 8 existing cottages; developing a snowmobile rest area; widening the road to make it easier to access the site; and purchasing recreational equipment.

CED’s aid covers the construction of the lodge.

The project aims to develop family-oriented accommodations in order to enhance the Village Vacances Valcartier micro‑destination.

Les Éboulements

The project aims to develop out-of-the-ordinary accommodations in order to enhance the village of Les Éboulements as a micro‑destination. 

The main activities include building four tree shelters; purchasing furniture and equipment; creating promotional tools; and professional fees.

CED’s aid covers some of the work; the material used for the construction of the shelters; electrical hookup costs; professional fees; the purchase of eco-friendly composting toilets; and the creation of a website.

The project involves developing accommodations at the ZEC des Martres. 

The main activities include acquiring, finishing and installing ready-to-camp dome-shaped accommodation units; fitting up sites; building shelters and annexes; and purchasing composting toilets and indoor and outdoor furniture. 

CED’s assistance covers all costs, except for the acquisition of the indoor and outdoor furniture and kitchen accessories.

The goal of the project is to enhance the Espace Félix‑Leclerc tourism product by modernizing its equipment and transforming the performance hall into a multi‑purpose hall.

Le Domaine Forget de Charlevoix inc.

Saint-Irénée

The goal of the project is to attract more tourists to Domaine Forget in the Charlevoix region in order to increase the occupancy rate of studios and residences in the off-season. 

The main activities include renovating the housing studios and implementing a new online booking system.

CED’s aid covers the entire renovation of three rental units and the implementation of an online reservation system.
