The project aims to develop a comprehensive support service for the development, analysis and characterization of sustainable packaging designed to ensure that the industry remains at the forefront of technologies related to eco‑responsible packaging and food engineering.

Acquisition of specialized equipment such as an oxygen impermeability analyzer, a degradation analyzer, a microbial oxidative degradation analyzer, an infrared microscope, a water vapour permeability analyzer, a hyperspectral camera, a bioreactor, an extraction reactor and a steam generator.
