The aim of the project is to develop a new tourist attraction in the Laurentides region that showcases the environment and nature in Canada.

The main activities that will be undertaken are the renovation and fitting out of the three indoor floors in the heritage building of the former Laurentides fish farm so that it can serve as a reception building, and the acquisition of maintenance and commercial kitchen equipment.

CED’s contribution will focus only on leasehold upgrades to the reception building.
