Invitation to media – Minister Soraya Martinez Ferrada to announce Government of Canada support for Longueuil SME Polara

Longueuil, Quebec, January 15, 2024 – Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)

The Honourable Soraya Martinez Ferrada, Minister of Tourism and Minister responsible for CED, and Sherry Romanado, Member of Parliament for Longueuil–Charles‑LeMoyne and Parliamentary Secretary to the President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada and Minister of Emergency Preparedness, will announce Government of Canada financial assistance for Polara during a meeting with the business’s leaders.

Polara specializes in creating charging infrastructure for fleets of electric vehicles.

A question period with media representatives will be held after the meeting.
